New Skill Training Program Launched to Empower BISP Women with Jobs and Respect

Syed Javed Gilani, met with Senator Rubina Khalid, the Chairperson of Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). The purpose of the meeting was to discuss how both organizations can work together to train poor women and their families in different skills.

Senator Rubina Khalid shared that President Asif Ali Zardari officially launched the Benazir Hunarmand Program on 21st June. This program is made to help poor families learn skills so they can earn money with respect. The main goal is to improve their lives and make them self-reliant.

During the meeting, Syed Javed Gilani praised the efforts of BISP. He said that Muslim Hands is ready to fully support this program and will work together with BISP in providing skill training to the needy.
